PSA is a free, anonymous public voicemail archive. Anyone with a phone can call +1 888 899 9621, leave a message of up to sixty seconds, and have it published publicly — with no login, no account, and no stored phone numbers. Callers can mask their voice using one of three transformations: a 1960s vocoder effect, early Macintosh speech synthesis, or AI speech-to-speech voice swap. Every message is reviewed by a human before publication. PSA launched in 2026 and is operated as a public service.

  • Toll-free in the United States and Canada. International calls work via VoIP.
  • Voice masking uses pitch/formant shift (free, post-call) and optionally AI character voices.
  • Every message is reviewed by a human before it goes live. Typically 2–6 hours.
  • Caller phone numbers are one-way hashed with bcrypt + a separately-stored pepper. They cannot be recovered.
  • Callers receive a 6-digit retraction code at the end of each call, valid for 90 days.
  • B2B arm: Proper Feedback (properfeedback.com) — private deployments for organizations.
